Composer and scholar Miguel Mera, Reader in Music at City University and authority on European film music, presents a survey of post-WW2 European film music for the fourth in our Timeline series. The event takes the form of a conversation between Dr. Mera and composer Gary Yershon, exploring the work of film composers in France, Spain, Italy, Germany and Sweden. This will be followed by a Q&A.

Timeline is a series of events that focus on the artistry of both music and sound in film, from the early twentieth century to the present day.
